The Grande Test Of Cluster Lashes For DIY Application From Nanolash!

A seductive gaze in 10 minutes? An application that you carry out by yourself at home? By all means! I decided to do a big test of DIY Lash Extensions from Nanolash. Can I recommend these cluster lashes?

Mother Nature has not been very generous when it comes to my eyelashes. My natural lashes are quite thin and not very defined. Unfortunately, years of semi-permanent lash extensions have made them even weaker.

Mascara or strip lashes were not enough for me. Then DIY Eyelash Extensions caught my interest. I have been testing them for quite some time now and…. so far so good!

DIY Eyelash Extensions from Nanolash – meet an exceptional product!

Cluster lashes for DIY lash extensions, as you can guess, are false eyelashes on a thin and flexible strip. With their help, you can do your own lash extensions at home without stress.

I decided to test the cluster lashes box from Nanolash, which contains 36 clusters in 3 lengths: 10,12, and 14 mm. I already had all the accessories, adhesive, and tweezers at home. However, if you don’t have them, you can also get a complete kit for lash extensions at home on the Nanolash website. The kit contains a bonder, a sealer, a lash applicator tool, and a remover.

The box also comes with instructions. During my first application, I followed it closely. As a result, my lash extensions were ready in just 10 minutes!

How to apply cluster lashes at home?

Applying lash clusters from Nanolash at home is extremely easy. I didn’t have any prior experience with lash extensions or even strip lashes. However, DIY Eyelash Extensions caused me no problems at all.

I applied the bonder (a thin layer is enough) and waited 40 seconds or so before it dried. The manufacturer indicates that the glue gets fully tacky after about 30-60 seconds.

Next, I grabbed the cluster and placed it about a millimeter away from the lash line. Finally, I used the sealer to remove the sticky feeling and there you go!

It took me 10 minutes to extend my eyelashes at home with DIY Eyelash Extensions, I chose the Flirty model. The application lasted 8 days for me.

DIY Lash Extensions – my tips and review

DIY false lashes from Nanolash are so lightweight they look great on the eye. They blend beautifully with natural eyelashes and do not cause the slightest discomfort when worn.

It took me 10 minutes to do my own eyelash extensions at home with DIY Eyelash Extensions. The application lasted 8 days, although the manufacturer indicates that the lashes can last up to 5 days.

I appreciate the fact that these cluster lashes come in 3 different sizes in one box. This gives you a lot of room for maneuver. You can create a Hollywood Volume look for a big night out, but also gently highlight the eye with single clusters.

How do I extend the life of my lash look? Get to know my tricks!

The claimed durability of the application of DIY Lash Extensions is 5 days. In my case, however, the effects of a single application lasted 8 days. I assume I could have still left my cluster lashes on, however, I took them off to check the condition of my natural eyelashes.

What did I do to extend the lifespan of the application? It did not require much effort. I tried to:

  • sleep on my back – I didn’t want to expose the clusters too much to friction from other fabrics;
  • brush through my lashes regularly – this way, I could remove dust and other impurities from my lashes;
  • I avoided oil-based cosmetics – oil affects the glue, and thus also the entire application.

My ways to prolong the life of the Nanolash clusters worked great. I’d also like to add that right after taking off the clusters using the remover, my natural lashes remained intact. This is extremely important to me because they are quite weak and brittle by nature.

All in all, DIY Eyelash Extensions worked great for me. I can confidently recommend them to all of you too!
